PROCESS : Keep it simple ...............

Determine the general scope of the project. Decide on your budget. Create a Need to have List and a Wish List. Now call in potential contractors to focus your ideas and bid on the projects. Be sure to give contractors the SAME information so you can compare the proposals properly. After meeting with a few contractors, narrow it down to 2 or 3 you feel you would like to work with. Finalize the pricing and select your contractor. Insist on an itemized ESTIMATE. Remember, do not accept a vague proposal with the understanding the details will be outlined in the CONTRACT.

4 ) We prepare a full set of Architectural design plans for your review

5 ) Upon finalizing the design we produce the Architectural plans
and Construction drawings for the Building Department

6 ) We take care of expediting the permit process for you

7 ) Once we have the Permit we schedule the start date of your project with you

8 ) We make your dream home a reality
